Herald Square here we come!
You are invited to join IronStrength NYC for the first of four summer workouts in the heart of NYC! Strength + Dance in NYC. For this class we combine full body strength with the Zumba moves of Toni Rubio and her all star team!
Each class will feature strength + another awesome activity (all ages and levels of fitness and dancing ability are welcome!).
