Detective Robert Bell attended Sinclair Community College for criminal justice and started his law enforcement career in 1989 with EG&G Miamisburg, OH before joining the West Carrollton Police Department in 1994. In 2005, he was promoted to the detective section and during this time served as an Agent with Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission / FBI Task Force from 2007 to 2011 and currently assigned and hold credentials as a task force officer with the United States Secret Service Electronic/Financial Crimes Task Force. Bell has investigated numerous cases involving financial crimes; fraudulent driver’s license, social security cards, identity theft, forgery and violations of Title 18 of the United States Code, to include Bank Fraud, Counterfeit Securities, Unauthorized Access Devices, Credit Card Fraud, and other criminal matters.
