Sustaining the Work: Mindfulness Practices to Prevent Burnout is a free 45-minute virtual workshop designed for nonprofit professionals, educators, caregivers, and mission-driven teams who give so much of themselves to others.

In this workshop, you’ll learn simple, practical mindfulness tools that help reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and support your well-being in the realities of high-impact work. These are grounded, accessible practices participants can use immediately—no experience required.

Whether you lead a team, support a community, or show up every day in service of others, this session offers a restorative space to recharge, reconnect with purpose, and build habits that sustain you over time.
