Join Sustainable Wellesley for Dinner and a Movie!

Movie nights will take place in the Wakelin Room at the Wellesley Free Library and are free and open to the public, with dinner served! RSVP Required. Please bring your own reusable water bottle.

Stink! - Tuesday, May 21st 2019

Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and screenings start at 6:45 p.m.

Tuesday, May 21st: Stink! is a film that follows a father's journey to discover why a pair of his daughter's pajamas, well, stunk. The discoveries he makes about fragrance, trade secrets, and the lack of regulations to keep carcinogens out of the products we use are shocking. Learn how to choose safer products next time you buy and leave with resources and guides for making simple swaps that could make your home safer for you and better for the environment.

Shown in honor of Rachel Carson Day in Wellesley.

Film run time: 91 minutes

Followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A sharing some resources for making informed product choices and ending by 8:45 p.m. prior to the library closing at 9.
