Before checking in, place an order at the counter for dinner. We encourage you to partake in delicious Mexican food and smoothies made with local and organic foods (they even have raw, organic coconut milk yogurt). It's the only Mexican that is truly healthy in the Upstate.
Ed Wilmot of Sustainable Greenville, our other host, will discuss the future of sustainability in the Upstate and what SUN will do to help make a difference in the Upstate. Then we will have regular speakers, thereafter.
