About this Event

Join Chef Paul at Redfish for a deep-dive, cooking demo on fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut. Miso-glazed smoke sablefish puts yet another taste of fermentation on your plate. The best part of the experience? Your catch comes directly from the fishermen of Port Orford. The cooking demonstration is followed by a tour of Redfish Restaurant.
