Event description

Description

UPDATE: Ka Waiwai has asked if we can move our SuMoLab event to Friday 12/14 to accommodate another organization that needs the space on Thursday. We are updating the event to provide the following TWO options to honor the time commitment of the attendees who have RSVP'd and work with and support our hosts and partners at Ka Waiwai.

1.) Thursday 12/13 3:00PM @ HART's Office, 1099 Alakea St, 96813 - Alii Place, 17th floor
2.) Friday 12/14 8:30AM @ Waiwai Collective, 1110 University Avenue (Preferred Option)

Note that Option 2 is our preferred option, we would love to share our work with you at the Waiwai Collective (a space that has been a great inspiration to us) and hope you can join us at the new time on Friday. However, our priority is to share our work with you period, so if Thursday is your only availability, we will be very happy to host you at our office downtown at the originally scheduled time.

The HART Sustainable Mobility Lab is a community-oriented effort to learn how to be sustainable and resilient through the critical exploration of our mobility system. If you are receiving this event invitation, you have either been a part of a lab activity or your work and comments have inspired us and helped us craft the concepts and processes that make up the Sustainable Mobility Lab at HART these past six months.

MAHALO for your part in helping us get where we are, and we want to share the latest developments of the SuMo lab thus far: what the Lab is, what we've been working on, and how we’ll be moving forward. Secondly, in the spirit of creating solutions with, not for the community, we invite your input to influence the content focus for the SuMo Lab's next development cycle in 2019.

The gathering will consist of a presentation about the SuMo Lab by Ben and Stephanie, and a chance to help us shape the agenda for the Lab's activities in 2019 by framing the questions that are most important to you and your organizations.

Code for America, the organization that has supported the development of SuMoLab through its community fellowship on this project will be here on a site visit, so this event is also an opportunity to meet them and learn more about their work.

Mahalo to our gracious hosts, the Waiwai Collective!

Looking forward to seeing you. Mālama pono!
