Heriot-Watt University Dubai campus in collaboration with The Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) is excited to announce a series of Civil Engineering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars on the last Monday of every month.
Join us for the 5th series of 2022 as Dr Mustafa Batikha, Assistant Professor for Structural Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai shares on ‘Sustainable concrete: practices and challenges’
In this session, Dr Mustafa Batikha will highlight the most global practices in making concrete a sustainable material. The challenges facing the application of sustainable concrete will also be explored. On the other hand, the session will display the achievement of Heriot-Watt university in this direction through their researchers and the Centre of Excellence in Smart Construction (CESC) at the Dubai Campus.
