Integrating Sustainable Living Education into the Classroom

Join Urban Green Lab for a training on sustainable living education including topics such as energy, water, food, solid waste, and transportation, and how to incorporate it into your class with lessons, projects, service learning, and more. Connect to others and make a plan for your school!

Eligibility: All K-12 teachers of any subject including public, private, and charter schools in Nashville and surrounding counties. This program is focused on urban areas and STEAM.

Price for Public School Teachers: FREE through support from Kroger's Zero Hunger Zero Waste Foundation and TDOT.

Price for Private School Teachers: Requested donation of $100 per teacher. Please contact Diana Andrew if this amount is prohibitive.

Donations are always welcome. UGL is a 501(c)3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.

Schedule: Please arrive at 12:45pm to check in. The training will conclude at 4:00pm
