UF/IFAS Extension Pinellas County is proud to partner with the University of Tampa to present the third film in the 4-part Sustainability Connections series: Just Eat It
We all love food. As a society, we devour countless cooking shows, culinary magazines and foodie blogs. So how could we possibly be throwing nearly 50% of it in the trash?
Doors open at the Reeves Theater at 6 o'clock for this free screening when light refreshments will be available. Film will begin at 6:30 pm to be followed by a community discussion. This film is intended for adult audiences.
Featured panelists for this event will include Dr. Brandon McFadden, Assistant Professor of Food and Resource Economics at UF, Dr. Melanie Hicks, UT Assistant Provost, and Eve Spengler, Director of Marketing and Environmental Advocacy for Bay Mulch Organics Recycling.
