This Seminar is around strategies for managing our emotions at work. The Change Curve will be visited to re-inforce that there is a process of change we need to work through, which has a lot of similarities to grief cycles. So it is important to know how to be kind to ourselves as well as empathising and supporting others.

  • Introductions/Networking
  • Direction Setting Presentation showcasing theory /approaches & setting the scene for discussions -approx
  • Comfort break - 5 mins
  • Structured Conversation, Reflecting on topic in small groups
  • Take aways – Strategies Summary – What’s come out of todays discussions?
