Because of the recent exposure of violence against women, I felt compelled to create this important NEW workshop to teach you how to protect your personal safety, because there’s nothing more empowering than having the confidence and ability to defend yourself in a threatening situation.

I'll show you how to decrease your chances of becoming a "soft" target, give you valuable insight on how to know when you're in the presence of a dangerous predator, demonstrate 5 effective self-defense techniques to protect yourself should you encounter an attacker, and teach you the 3 things you should do immediately after an attack, so you won’t become a victim twice.

When you leave the class, you will feel more empowered because you’ll have the knowledge and skills to make important split-second decisions and act with confidence before, during, and after the most stressful minutes of your life.
