About this event

When anxiety and trauma have you pinned under mountains of pain, fear, uncertainty, vulnerability, it can feel like there's no way out. But there is. There is a way out. We've lived it, and we're still here to tell the tale.

Join us in a caring, kind, supportive, safe environment to hear two stories of not only survival, but triumph. Hear what we lived through and how we came out the other side.

We'll share our stories of long time abuse, addiction, trauma, anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, and being crippled with irrational intrusive thoughts. We'll share our victories and our failures. We'll engage in real, open, honest, conversation about what it was like and how we managed to climb out of our darkest moments.

There is hope. There is always hope. But beyond hope we can offer validation, education, encouragement, inspiration, and empowerment in an intimate, safe setting.

We'll spend about 90 minutes in a lecture, then about 90 minutes in Q&A where you'll be able to get up close and personal with your questions that we'll do our best to answer as honestly as we can.

Coffee, tea, water, and simple snacks will be served.
