Artists, Designers, and Crafters from around the community have collaborated to create a space of dreams, glam, and abstract fashion.

DANCE AND MOVE: Lose yourself on the dancefloor along with multiple acrobatic and abstract performances throughout the evening.

CELEBRATE: Ring in the new year with a complement bubble toast. As well as enjoy a variety of unique craft beverages or swim by the absinthe fountain.

Doors will open at 8 pm. 12/31

PARKING SITUATION?

Minimal street parking will be available; using lyft and uber transportation is highly encouraged.

Available parking areas are available through Park mobile – Please note not all parking garages are overnight and may require exit before 11:59 pm.

WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?

Coat check will be available with a recommended donation of $5

Items MUST be picked up by 1:30 am

Event Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables on your person.

Beverages will be exchanged for designated tokens purchased at registration. Discounted drink cards can be pre-purchased on the Eventbrite page.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

This is a surreal inspired formal and extravagant costume ball. Come dressed to express, flaunt your style, and impress our judges in a costume contest. This is an event with your Dali-esqueesque dream attire in mind.

CAN I VOLUNTEER TO HELP?

These events are only possible through volunteers and others passionate in creating space. Please see our volunteer sign-up form located on the event page or by clicking here.

WHAT COVID PROTOCOLS WILL BE ENFORCED?

All COVID protocols will be those set-in place by the CDC and City of Sacramento.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All sales are final accepting event cancellation.

Tickets are transferable – please contact us to transfer tickets 48 hrs prior to the event.

WHAT DO TICKET AND DUES GO TOWARDS?

100% of all funds go towards supporting artists , performers and other creators. One of the pillars of Downtown Guild is to create opportunities for artists to showcase and expand their work by creating an economy through art centric events.

WHAT IS THE DOWNTOWN GUILD?

The Downtown Guild is a NonProfit organization and a collection of artists, creators, activists and other community focused members. Our mission is to build community and inspire progression through events production and civil projects.

To be a part of the guild, individuals must attend or sponsor at least one event annually to maintain membership. Tickets are considered dues. There are no additional fees for basic membership.
