This is a 30-minute session discussing how to answer questions that your clients may have when using ClickSWITCH. There will be dedicated time at the end to answer any specific questions you may have.

We will cover:

- Login problems & resetting passwords

- Avoiding duplicate enrollments

- SwitchTRACK codes & welcome emails

- Unlocking Accounts

- Editing Client information

- How to choose the correct Biller/Depositor

- The process of a switch & what each status means

This session is intended for staff and admin users. Sessions are held in the Central Time Zone and this session is approximately 30 minutes long.
