Supporting young people in sport

Come prepared to try out activities but not a training activity.
By the end of the session you will have strategies to support your young athlete to carry out before during and after training or race day to support them to be able to be active and fit for longer.
This will include nutrition, ready to work and recovery.
If you have a foam roller or other training kit please bring it.
This will be an active and interactive workshop where you can ask questions and practice the techniques.
Cost will be £5 please pay this to the club account within 5 working days. Due to expected demand for places and the need to cover the costs for this session; if no money is recevied your ticket will be cancelled and the place re-sold unless you make a specific arrangement with the organiser..
