Event description

Description

In the wake of the Trump election, some of the most targeted populations in our country have been immigrants. Make the Road, New York has been at the forefront of building power within and protecting the rights of immigrant communities across the city.

On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, from 6:30-8:30, join us at the Centre for Social Innovation for an evening of film, food, and dialogue in support of this crucial and empowering organization.

Noted documentarian and City College professor, Tatyana Kleyn will present her films, “Living Undocumented” and “Una Vida, Dos Países” (One life, two countries) along with some special guests.

All funds will go to Make the Road’s organizing, policy, education, and survival service initiatives in impacted communities.

Suggested donation is $100.00 paid directly to Make the Road here. Please write the word "bagels" in the dedication box on the donation page.

Hope to see you there!
