Byddwn ni'n cynnal cyfres o weithdai gyda Happy Headwork i'ch helpu i ddatblygu llesiant a gwydnwch yn eich sefydliad.

Cynnwys y sesiwn

Yn y sesiwn hon, byddwch chi'n:

dod i nabod arwyddion a symptomau straen ar ein cyrff, ein meddwl a'n hymddygiad
dysgu sut mae straen yn cael ei gyfathrebu drwy gydnabod patrymau meddwl negyddol
dysgu am sut i ddefnyddio empathi tosturiol mewn bywyd bob dydd, gan gynnwys:

- cydnabod galluoedd a chyfyngiadau
- creu lle am gefnogaeth
- gwrando'n astud
- gofyn cwestiynau sy'n canolbwyntion ar atebion.
derbyn taflenni ac adnoddau i'ch helpu i gefnogi llesiant a gwydnwch yn eich tîm.

Bydd y sesiwn yn:

· defnyddio seicoleg sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth

· edrych ar drawma

· canolbwyntio ar atebion ac nid problemau

· cynnwys gweithgareddau rhyngweithiol a lle i chi feddwl am eich gwaith a'r hyn yr ydych wedi'i ddysgu.

Gallwch ddefnyddio'r sesiwn hon tuag at eich datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus (DPP) os ydych wedi cofrestru gyda ni.

Mae'r sesiwn hon ar gyfer unrhyw un sy'n rheoli timau ym maes gofal cymdeithasol a'r blynyddoedd cynnar a gofal plant.

We’re running a series of workshops with Happy Headwork to help you in building well-being and resilience in your organisation.

What we’ll cover

In this session, you’ll:

get to know the signs and symptoms of stress on our bodies, brains and behaviour
learn the language of stress through unhelpful thinking patterns
find out about using compassionate empathy in the real-world, including:
- recognising capacities and limitations
- making space for support
- active listening
- asking questions focused on solutions.
get handouts with tools and resources to help you support well-being and resilience in your team.

The session will:

· use evidence-based psychology

· be informed by trauma

· focus on solutions, not problems

· include interactive activities and space to think about your work and what you’ve learned.

You can use this session towards your continued professional development (CPD) if you’re registered with us.

Who this session is for

This session is for anyone who manages teams in social care and early years and childcare.
