About this event
NEBGH Members: Panel discussion with subject matter experts 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Despite your best efforts, your employees may not be able to find or afford a mental health specialist for their kids. This might be especially true now – when COVID-19 is overwhelming our healthcare system.
Left untreated or undertreated, children suffer the effects of behavioral health issues, which are only expected to increase as a result of the current crisis. Parents are stressed and productivity is reduced, in an already challenging work-at-home environment.
Hear how your peers are tackling these issues and get help to:
- Identify solutions available for children with developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression and substance use disorder, or at risk of suicide;
- Discuss health plan network access and direct contracting with local providers;
- Leverage health advocates to help employees navigate care;
- Discover how virtual care/talk therapy fit;
- Learn how to leverage FSAs, work-life programs, and EAP benefits along with a clear communications roadmap.
- Learn how your peers are handling this issue given the COVID 19 Pandemic.
*Webinar credentials will come directly from ZOOM after the registration is approved by NEBGH. If you have any questions about registration, please contact Diane Engel at dengel@nebgh.org
