About this event
Please join us for this valuable workshop presented by our partners at the Latino Policy Forum.
'Research strongly correlates economic adversity with student academic risk along with social-emotional difficulties. A student's basic needs and social-emotional health must be fully supported if they are to learn. This video workshops will help you identify stress factors unique to their experience and describe stress management skills, including those that can be used remotely and in-person. It will also help you formulate and establish a daily routine to promote wellness at home to support your child's learning. In addition, you will also be informed of school-based mental health services and community resources.'
