Description

Gahanna Inclusion for Teens and Young Adults invites you to a program on Supported Decision Making and Guardianship, presented by Attorney Derek Graham of Resch, Root, Philipps & Graham, LLC. Supported Decision Making is a tool that allows people with disabilities to retain their decision-making capacity by selecting supporters to help them make choices. Derek will lead this discussion and explain all of the different tools available, including guardianship.

Derek Graham also represents APSI (Advocacy & Protective Services, Inc.), a non-profit corporation that provides guardianship services to adults with developmental disabilities and is a safety net that serves in only the most difficult guardianship cases.

This program is FREE to the public, but registration is required. Limited seating available.
