Event description

Description

Competition is no longer just between companies, it’s between supply chains. Our volatile economy means manufacturers and businesses have to be much more agile, flexible and responsive to outside pressures than ever before. This custom, active-learning based simulation is specifically designed to demonstrate and inform management on Demand Driven Value Networks, importance of good supply chain strategy and execution, and tradeoffs required in making major supply / value chain decisions. GENEDGE Alliance, experts in manufacturing, will lead this event.

The Supply Chain Strategy: Leadership Overview is offered to businesses at no cost through the Heart Project. Lunch and all materials will be provided to attendees.
