Event description

Description

The term geopolitics is now also applied to the expansion of some multinationals (referred to as macroeconomic geopolitics or entrepreneurial geopolitics) as a discipline that studies the factors, relationships and macro-political trends that affect some countries. It is in this sense that we understand the strategy and implementation of supply chain in its relationship with geopolitics. Africa now offers growth opportunities that manufacturers, starting with large distribution products, cannot miss. But, to benefit from it, an adequate supply chain approach is needed both locally and globally. Competition is now being understood between Supply Chains. Currently in Cameroon, there is a strong penetration of European (French, Belgian, German, etc.), American, Indian distribution groups in search of new markets. A good and pragmatic understanding of the local supply chain is a key factor in creating value to beat the competition. This presentation discusses the key specifications of Triple A Supply Chain (Affordable, Accessible, Attractive).
