Event Details

This session is designed to support operational staff within your company to implement a well-designed strategic plan to stretch and push the organisation forward in meeting client objectives and strategic KPIs.

If you are working within the rail, highways or general construction sector, is your business strategy as clearly understood by your management team, as it should?

Using Leadership Champions (UK) one page KPI Qualification Sheet, participants will be able to assess existing performance gaps, align supplier performance levels, set and communicate the need for change.  As in the rail sector, suppliers should first look at past performance and client baseline expectations.  In terms of benchmarking best practice, Network Rail have recently defined a NEW Supplier Performance Framework where National Performance Metrics (NPMs) or KPIs are classified; Below Expected, Expected, Stretch and Excellence.

We can help you ensure targets communicate expected results, check the magnitude is appropriate to close the performance gap and demonstrate the relationships between target and corresponding KPI.
