Diana Welch is offering her popular two-day supervisor training in-person in Yakima. This highly interactive workshop teaches specific skills to help supervisors become more confident and effective. Participants will:

  4. Identify your time management issues, improve how you delegate and manage your time
  5. Appreciate how to work with all the generations and a diverse workforce
  6. Learn when and how to resolve employee conflicts
  7. Uncover a variety of ways to problem solve, make decisions, and set SMART Goals
