Description

New Supervisor Training
"Supervision 201"

Instructor:Chuck Klinger, Trainer for Tuscarora Intermediate Unit
Chuck Klinger has provided quality trainings and workshops on a variety of topics for over 15 years. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in secondary education, he earned a Master's degree from Temple University in Adult and Organizational Development, where he studied leadership, management, change theory, and adult education.

It's not uncommon to be hired or promoted into the role of a supervisor without any practical knowledge of how to be effective as a supervisor. This training explores what it means to be a supervisor and offers practical strategies for assisting with transition to a new role.

The PA CareerLink® Centre County and the Private Industry Council of Central Corridor (PICCC) have partnered to offer local employers a cost effective and accessible training for new supervisors
