Supermoon Modular Sound Bath

The December supermoon presents an opportunity to reflect on impermanence. The supermoon trilogy comes to an end; Autumn is nearing its transition into Winter; 2025 is squiggling its way out of the picture. Join us in cultivating courage and tapping into gratitude as we celebrate the inevitability of constant change.

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
