Michael Day MBA FRICS FNAEA FARLA

Michael is a well-known figure with 50 years in the residential property industry

(he says he started when he was three!). He is a Fellow of RICS, NAEA and

ARLA and holds an MBA from Reading University.

After a long career as a Partner and Director at A C Frost & Co, Prudential and

Connells, Michael launched the multi award winning Integra Property Services in

2003. He provides a range of business services and training to the property

industry.

Michael has over 1500 property industry clients and is an experienced judge at

many industry awards and a regular contributor to the trade media.

He is also a Director and Founder Member at the Agents Together charitable

foundation and a Director at Trustee at The Propertymark Trust.

In 2023 Michael was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at The

Negotiator Awards.


Eddie Goldsmith

Eddie Goldsmith is a highly experienced conveyancer and the founder of YouConvey. He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and went on to build one of the UK's largest conveyancing firms.
