Super Hero Circuit Training

This is a fast paced, mid intinsity workout designed to increase strength, flexibility and help you lose weight. Fridays classes have a super hero theme to help motivate us as we push! This is meant for intermediate to advanced workout members. All Active Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, their families and anybody who supports them in the community are all welcomed to attend.
