Description

Take your yoga and fitness practice to the pool. Come ready to have fun, splash around and get wet! This class is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and a little bootcamp thrown in there. All fitness levels welcome. Your board is included and will be secured in place. We will NOT be paddling around. Instead you will be on a board or fit mat and enjoying your workout with an element of balance added to it. Bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Instructor: Michelle Ennis

Michelle has been teaching SUP yoga and fitness since 2007 and loves bringing others to feel the same joy on the water she feels. In addition to her Paddlefit coaching and SUP classes, Michelle also is a co-owner of Dig Paddlesports, owned her own fitness studio for nearly a decade before selling it to focus on SUP centered programs. Today Michelle still teaches Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Bootcamp, Hiit, and a variety of dance fitness classes including Zumba, Ujam and Hot hula at other fitness centers. Her focus is always having fun in fitness. See you soon!
