Womens Healing Circle: Breathe, Release, Connect.

Join me Yvonne, @SerenitySessions_x in a sacred space created for women to come home to themselves and to each other.

This is more than just a gathering, its a return. A return to yourself. Through concious connected breathing & meditation, we access deeper layers of the subconcious, opening the door to transformation, clarity and inner peace. This in-person gathering is a space to reconnect with yourself and others, to feel, to release and to heal.

On 11/11 the energy of this portal is at its peak. A time of alignment, awakening and connecting deeply to your inner guidance. A powerful time to connect to the wisdom within you. This circle is a chance to honour this energy and receive support from the collective feminine.

You'll be held in a nurturing container of healing, gentle guidance and deep presence. This is a space where friendship blooms, vulnerability is welcomed and healing happens in community.

I believe in the power of women coming together. To support, to witness, to uplift, and to honour sisterhood. In circle, we remember we are not alone. For centuries, women have gathered in sacred circles. To hold each other through lifes seasons. We were never meant to do it alone. In these spaces healing happens in connection.

Please read through the following contraindications to this type of breathwork before booking. Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone; pregnancy, cardiovascular problems, asthma, high blood pressure, history of surgery, throid condition, diabetes, history of seizure, psychiatric conditions, epilepsy.

What to bring

• Bring comfortable clothing

• A yoga mat, towel or something to lie on

• Water
• Journal

• A blanket, eye mask and pillow for comfort (optional)

• Crystals or sentimental item (Optional)

• An open mind and heart (Essential)

We will be meeting to the left of Bronte beach. Look out for the mats, smiles and open hearts.

Let your breath guide you back home to yourself.
