Sunset Wine Tasting and Music

Enjoy an intimate wine experience with Advanced Sommelier Lamar Engel of The Wine Militia featuring premium wines and food bites all paired to songs played by live musical artists. Watch the sun as it sets on 50 acres of ranunculus flowers varying in a myriad of colors.

Enjoy wines from a variation of red wine varietals and dynamic white wine selections; from classic to new and undiscovered. All of the wines will be hand-selected by the team of sommeliers and will highlight celebrated California wine growing regions. Food bites will be curated by local chefs and will spotlight the nuances of each wine that has been paired. Select nights will also feature winemakers and winery professionals pouring alongside the Wine Militia team engaging with guests.

FAQ's - Sunset Wine Tasting & Music 

 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Guests attending this event must be 21 years of age or older and be able to show a valid ID at the event. 

What is the seating arrangement for this event? 

Seats will be assigned for each guest/ticket and a seating chart will be emailed to the ticket holder. Tables are 'family style' and ticket holders will most likely sit at tables with other ticket holders. Each table and seat is designed to see the main stage where the musician will be playing. What are my parking options at the event?

Ample parking and overflow parking is available at The Flower Fields.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your palates and a smile!

What should I wear? 

Guests should wear comfortable clothing and keep in mind it can be cool and foggy near the coast and that often influences The Flower Fields in Carlsbad.  Layering clothing, sweaters, light jackets, and shawls are encouraged. 

What's the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Event will go on rain or shine. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need to show your ticket at the event and can either show a printed ticket confirmation or a digital version (Eventbrite App ticket confirmation ok too)

Is my ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

We understand that the ticket purchaser buys tickets for groups. For this reason, we ask that groups all check in together if possible (Both at The Flower Fields entry gate and the event venue entrance). 

Does my ticket allow for admission into The Flower Fields? 

Tickets for this event are for after-hours however, your ticket grants access to 1 hour before the start time of the event.
