Friday 15th August 7:30-8:45pm.
Welcome! I’m so happy to invite you into this truly one-of -a-kind space, tucked away in nature. Surrounded by nothing but birdsong, this serene sanctuary offers the perfect escape from the noise of daily life.
Your perfect End of Week wind down session; This is your chance to slow down and reset after a busy week and begin your weekend with a deep sense of clarity and calm.
What You Can Expect:
This an extra special outdoor Soundbath experience where I will guide you through a 75-minute journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — frosted crystal bowls, ocean disc, gentle chimes, bells, and the beautiful, ethereal crystal harp! — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
You will lie outside cocooned in a cosy sleeping bag on a thick memory foam mat for maximum comfort.
