This year the outdoor film + entertainment series highlights food-centric features that will tickle the tastebuds. Together with Denver Film, Denver Arts & Venues will be presenting a lineup of films that will transport us throughout the globe, across decades and often to the extreme heat of a chef’s kitchen. There will be performances presented by Dazzle before the films along with themed food trucks, drinks and other cinema snacks available for purchase.

All events are FREE, but please register so we know how many people to expect.

  • Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with local food trucks, cinema-style snacks and beverages available for purchase
  • Pre-show entertainment starts at 7:15 p.m.
  • Films begin at dusk

Bring your chairs, blankets, family and friends down to the Galleria and enjoy the show! We'll gather on the lower terrace of the Galleria where the complex meets Scupture Park, next to Boettcher Concert Hall. There will be some seating available on a first come, first serve basis.

A sweet boy from a poor family dreams of finding one of five golden tickets hidden inside chocolate bar wrappers which will admit him to the eccentric and reclusive Willy Wonka's magical factory. One after another, tickets are discovered by ghastly children - but will the lad find the last remaining one and have all his dreams come true?

THE FUN:

Nic Clark is a harmonica player from Denver, Colorado. He has worked with artists like Big Head Todd & The Monsters, Ruthie Foster, Charlie Hunter and Chicago blues legend, Billy Branch. Nic has performed at local favorites Red Rocks and the Bluebird and the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis.

Nic will showcase his craft and lead the crowd in a handful of songs. Everyone can get to experience the immediate joy of self-expression, and learn different aspects of music like rhythm and melody, all while having some fun! Eco-friendly harmonicas will be provided.
