Ease your way into the morning with sunrise yoga led by Jess Abis. Watch the sun rise over the city as Jess leads you through a nourishing morning flow to energise you for the day ahead.
Classes draw on teachings of Hatha, Scaravelli and Yin, designed to gently open the body in a grounded, mindful way.
Jess is trained in 200hr Vinyasa Flow influenced by the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. She completed the training whilst co-founding 100% Natural Foods. Having found yoga and meditation vital tools for coping with stresses of running a start up food business, Jess was inspired to do the teacher training in London in 2016. She now teaches yoga + meditation in London as well as retreats and festivals including Wilderness.
