Event description

Description

Visit Se7en Wetlands at sunrise!

We will meet at the Gopher Tortoise Gate (through Loyce Harpe Park) at 7:00 am and hike the Wetland 2 Gopher Tortoise loop, which is a 2.9-mile loop over hard-packed uneven earthen trails. This hike will take us through upland and marsh habitat, and along one of Se7en Wetlands open-water lakes. Throughout the hike, we’ll learn about the flora and fauna that calls Se7en Wetlands home. You are encouraged to bring your camera, as we will stop to photograph any wildlife we encounter.
