Bartlesville SunFest's annual 5k Race and 2k Fun Run! Get your Sweat On before getting your Eat On at SunFest 2017!
• Join us with registration starting at 7am on Saturday June 3rd, 2017 on this challenging course running though Sooner Park and the Quail Ridge Neighborhood (Baylor Drive area). This course will take place on various terrain including Asphalt, Grass, Dirt, and Hills (The Summer Sweat is NOT just a title! ). Gun Time Approx 8am
Register Before April 15th- $15 for both 5k and Fun Run with T-shirts!
April 15th-Race Day $25 for 5k $20 for fun Run (with T-shirt) and $10 (no T-shirt)
• The 2k (1 mile) Fun Run will run through areas of Sooner Park! Registration fee $20 (with T-shirt) and $10 (without a T-shirt). Gun Time Approx 8:15am

Prizes and Medals in the 5k Awards will be given to the top 3 racers in the 5k according to their age and gender, including youth, and overall male and female.
Pre-Race Packet Pickup! Don’t wait in line on race day for your packet. Join us Friday June 2, 2017 from 3pm-7pm in Sooner Park by the Bandshell to pick up your packet! Stay for the festival too!
Refunds will not be avaiable. Should you be unable to attend the race, your entry can be transferred to another individual by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org They will sign a waiver at packet pickup.
If the weather is extreme we may have to cancel for everyone’s safety. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to SunFest. This determination will be made ASAP before the race start and as advised by our Race Timing Company. Packet and T-shirt Pickup will be available throughout the Sunfest festival should weather occur.

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I also know that although police protection will be provided there will be a possibility of traffic on course. I assume the risk of running in traffic. I also assume any and all other risks associated with running this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat and/or humidity and the conditions of the roads, all risks being known and appreciated by me. Furthermore, I agree to yield to all emergency vehicles. I am fully aware that baby strollers and wheels of any kind (except competitive wheelchairs) are highly discouraged because of the terrain. Animals (except service animals) are not allowed on the course. Headphones and earbuds are highly discouraged. Furthermore, I agree not to go back on the course after finishing. Knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive and release and discharge any and all race sponsors, race officials, volunteers, local and state police including any and all of their agents, employees, assigns, or anyone acting for or on the behalf from any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen and unforeseen, known and unknown. The undersigned further grants permission to sponsors and/or agents authorized by them to use any photos, video tapes, motion pictures, or other record of this event for any purpose. Minors accepted only with parent or guardian's signature. No refunds. No make up rain date. Lost timing chip will be charged to participant. Shirt size not guaranteed. No refunds on race registration. .
