You can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but you can learn a thing or two from them. Andrew Park, former cook alongside Chef Yoshikazu Kondo at Kinjiro, an izakaya (Japanese gastropub), is taking the helm! Andrew is bringing New American Comfort to the table. A California native and Los Angeles local, inspiration was derived from old-school home cooking and the diverse and vast food culture he grew up around. Incorporating ingredients and flavors learned from his family and chefs and taking it to a more elevated, yet comfortable and approachable manner.
