These simple Sunday Stretch Sessions are designed for beginners or those wishing to enhance overall flexibility and mobility.
With a range of standing, seated and reclined stretches to support full body flexibility, each month we will have a main focus such as spinal, hips, shoulders etc.
Each session will include an element of relaxation at the end and a worksheet to take home to continue the movements and stretches.
You are welcome to bring your own Yoga/fitness mat, or spares are available.
Please note: these sessions are NOT a traditional practice of Yoga.
