What do I need to bring?

A Yoga/fitness mat if you have one - spares available. A blanket or knee pad if you require some extra cushioning below knees and spine. Drinks are available for free or you may wish to bring your own.

I have never done a stretch class before, will that be okay?

Yes! These are designed for all - whether you are a total beginner or are currently undertaking other exercises and training, these sessions are designed to enhance overall flexibility.

Where is Wenlock Wellness Space?

12 High street, above The Simple Life Unwrapped and next door to The Talbot. A brown door is the entry to the space in the archway of The Talbot. Stairs access the space, unfortunately there is not another more accessible entry.
