Allow the sound vibrations of the planetary gongs wash over you, taking you on a cosmic journey. You will be guided through a short breathwork experience and transformational meditation before relaxing fully to the powerful gongs and crystal soundbowls.
The Gongbath will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, healing you on a cellular level as your body responds to the frequencies unblocking any stored traumas. You'll leave feeling expanded, relaxed, uplifted and centered in your highest intentions.
Please bring your own yoga mat/something to lay on, blanket and pillow/cushion or anything else you need to feel cozy and comfortable meditating and then lying down for an extended period. Don't forget your water! :)

This event is held in the beautiful Eastern Star Venue at the historical Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The Eastern Star Room is on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building – the building to the left of the entrance gate and guard booth as you enter. Eastern Star doors open at 6:40pm.
