Welcome to Sunday Serenity! Join us for a relaxing online event on the first Sunday of each month to unwind and reconnect your mind, body, and soul. This is your permission to pause and immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere filled with calming activities and positive energy. Each session will include:
- Grounding breathwork and meditation
- Visualisation of goals and realignment to your authentic self
- Reflective practice and personal intentions
All you need is yourself, a space free from distractions and a notepad/journal and pen for written reflections.
This truly is the perfect way to start your month ahead. Come as you are, take what you need and let's find our inner serenity together.

No, this space is open to everyone, all you need is to be curious and reflective and to have a desire to grow.
A peaceful space free from distractions is desirable but we appreciate not always possible at home (people, kids, pets etc.) Otherwise, your body, mind and a notepad and pen.

The founders of Channel Your Serenity, a holistic coaching practice. Dr Laureen Jacquet is a GP, coach and lifestyle medicine practitioner. Lisa Ardley-Price is a lawyer, fitness and yoga teacher and certified coach. We are both well qualified and practised to hold space for others.
