Taking time for your own self care is so important in our busy day to day lives. Join us at our Sunday Self Care Session where we will be taking time out to go a little slower.

We will practice mindfulness, meditation and have time for some deep relaxation. No previous experience is necessary and these sessions are suitable for all levels!

Mindfulness is a wonderful technique to help us unwind, reconnect our body and mind, and to come back into the present moment. If you are feeling a little stressed, over busy, overwhelmed or anxious then these sessions can hopefully help you have a little pause and time for you. We will guide you through the session and as you will discover…there is no wrong way to be mindful!

These sessions are all about promoting your own self care. Taking time for yourself, inviting relaxation and boosting our wellbeing.

There will be time for a cup of tea and cake at the end too (because cake makes everything more relaxing!)

What to bring...

It's a good idea to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. If you want to lie on the floor for the session then bring along a yoga mat. There are also chairs if you'd prefer to sit. Bring along a blanket and a cushion too if you want to feel extra cosy!

If you book but then can't make it...

If you want to change your booking then you can transfer to a future session or receive a refund if you make contact 48 hours prior to the date. Anything after this unfortunately can't be refunded or transferred (but if you can find someone else to take your place that's fine!)
