60-minute Pilates class for core strength, all fitness levels welcome

About this Event

We believe that a regular strength practice can support your body's function in the immediate and long term. Whether you are an athlete looking to round out your training routine or starting from scratch with the basics, we've got you covered.

Join us at our clinic for a monthly mat Pilates class taught by Psoas Massage + Bodywork therapist and Pilates trainer, Derek Lozupone. Spend an hour with us as we embody the philosophy that fitness is a balance between strength, mobility, endurance, and fun!

With Derek's guidance and using Pilates techniques, participants can expect a core focused work out using body weight exercises. Runners and cyclists especially will find this class rich with tools for improving stability and stamina during performance. Participants at all levels of fitness are welcome.

Please bring your own mat, as supplies are limited, but we do have a few to share.

Starting March 8th, Derek’s class will be held at our clinic on the 2nd Sunday morning of each month from 10:30 – 11:30 am. We’re located on the second floor of the Soma Square building at 333 3rd Street, Suite 205. Please visit our website for directions to our free parking garage or how to find us on foot.
