Shred415 is for EVERYONE! Their certified instructors offer cues for walkers, joggers and serious runners. You'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.

About Urban Initiatives: Urban Initiatives amplifies the inherent power of sports and unifies diverse stakeholders to develop and support Chicago youth. By providing sports-based youth development they give youth an opportunity to learn skills like teamwork, empathy, respect and commitment through play.

In Chicago, sports have become a place of privilege where participation can cost parents thousands of dollars per year. Urban Initiatives removes this barrier to play by providing programs that are free to youth where they can reap the benefits of participation in team sports.

Urban Initiatives highly intentional curriculum builds opportunity for students to learn, practice, and achieve success on the field so that they can transfer these skills into the classroom, at home, and in their communities. It’s not just a soccer program, but it’s a place for students to feel a sense of belonging and learn why school, fitness, and community leadership matter.
