Sundance Saloon is closing for a short time to get us through the expected Omicron surge, so we can keep our community safe. We will continue in a limited capacity on Sundays to offer line dancing and lessons for both beginning and intermediate line dancers.
Attendance is limited to 24. Pre-registration is required. Registration opens at 12:00 noon each Monday for the following Sunday, and closes at noon on Sunday. Proof of full vaccination (including booster, if eligible) must be sent in advance. Upload instructions will be sent with your confirmation. (If you have previously uploaded your vax documentation, you do not need to send it again.)
SCHEDULE
- 6:00 pm - Doors open; beginning line dances (main room)
- 6:15 pm - Beginning line dance lesson (back room)
- 6:15 pm - Intermediate line dance lesson (main room)
- 7:00 pm - Open line dancing until closing at 9:00 pm
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pre-registration is required. Registration is available each week beginning at 12:00 noon on Monday for the following Sunday's event. There will be no admission charge, but donations are encouraged.
Attendees must arrive and enter between 5:30 and 7:00 pm, after which the entry doors will be closed.
NEW - Proof of *UP-TO-DATE* full vaccination is required. (Your most recent dose must be within 6 months of the event.) Instructions to upload your documentation will be sent in your confirmation email from Eventbrite (scroll to the bottom). If you have already uploaded your vax+booster proof, you do not need to do this again.
NEW - A negative Covid test is required, taken on the day of the event. We are offering rapid antigen tests on-site. Please allow 30 minutes for testing and results. We are charging a nominal fee of $10 for the test. This *may* be reimbursable by your health insurer. You may also bring your own test kit, or provide written documentation of a test performed earlier in the day.
Attendees must wear well-fitted masks at all times. No bandanas, single-layer gaiters, or valved masks please. We highly recommend KF94, N95, or KN95 masks.
We request that attendees return to the practice of social distancing. Please remain 6 feet apart or more while inside the club.
You must not have any symptoms of COVID-19, or a positive test in the past 10 days, or any known exposure to COVID-19 within the past 10 days without a negative test.
You may temporarily bring your own non-alcoholic beverage into the club. There will be no beverage service at the club. Please note that when we fully reopen, outside beverages will NOT be allowed.
We are creating as safe an environment as possible. We will continue to operate our system of fans and HEPA 13 air filters to create as close to an outdoor experience as possible.
