Friday, July 2 : The weekend begins with a casual lunch ride down to Evie's at Spanish Point. Later that evening a Welcome Reception will be held at The Westin Sarasota from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. All paid VIP Captains and VIP Passengers are welcome. The reception includes 2 drink tickets, food stations, music, prize raffle, and a 50/50 drawing. Individuals who do not plan on participating in the "Suncoast Summer Fest" Fun Run but would still like to attend the Welcome Reception may purchase tickets for $100 per person. Additional hands may be purchased for $50 during the Welcome Reception.

Saturday, July 3: The official fun run begins at 11 am and goes til 4:00 pm. Boats who have already checked-in will be able to start from any of the official stops listed and must stop at five stops to collect their card draw chips. Any pre-registered participants who cannot attend the Welcome Reception, will need to attend “day of run” check-in at Marina Jack from 10 am til 11am. Additional hands for $50 will also be available for purchase.

Saturday, July 3: The Post-Run Awards Dinner will be held at The Embassy Suite's Ballroom from 6 pm to 9 pm. All paid VIP Captains and VIP Passengers will receive full cash bar and complimentary food stations. Additional registered passengers will have access to a full cash bar and food. All chips collected from the stops will be exchanged to draw a (5) card poker hand. Additional cards (limit of 2) may be purchased for $20 each. All cards must be dawn by 8:00 pm.

Sunday, July 4: The weekend continues with a downtown "Celebration In The Park", July 4th Holiday parade along the Sarasota Bayfront, ending with a spectacular fireworks display.
