Come hither for a “farmboy-to-table” feast celebrating the 30th anniversary of the ever so witty film, The Princess Bride. This inconceivably delicious menu will feature three plant-based courses that you’ll true-ly love…Raise a glass to a classic with BYOB drinks (no iocane powder, please) and laugh the night away. Aye, if you have trouble with these references, you’re sure to understand when the night is done. It would be a pity to miss this feast, so purchase your tickets soon. Huzzah!

NGIHCA’s comprehensive Chef’s Training Program trains students to meet the demand for culinary professionals who make the connection between food and health. Offered both as full- and part-time programs, it is where you will learn essential cooking techniques, principles of nutrition, methods for sourcing sustainable ingredients, and culinary business practices.
