About this Event

Join Executive Chef Adam and Banquet Chef Kristin for a virtual cooking class using fresh summer veggies! Chef Adam and Chef Kristin will prepare a fabulous, seasonal meal kit and Beverage Manager David Ginocchio has selected a bottle of wine to complement the meal. Both the meal kit and wine can be picked up at the Madison Club on the day of the event between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The evening will begin at 6:00 PM to give members a chance to connect with one another and the Chefs. Adam and Kristin will then lead members through a cooking demonstration using the items included in the meal kit and the evening will end with a quick toast!

This class is perfect for all experience levels as the Chefs will utilize straightforward cooking techniques but flavors that still wow! Members must register by August 15th. The $45 fee will be charged to your Madison Club member account and includes all the ingredients and items necessary to make and enjoy the three-course meal! If you choose to add on the wine pairing, an additional $25 will be charged to your member account.

The "Summer Vegetables & Viognier" meal kit includes all of the ingredients to make and enjoy the following menu:

  • 1st Course: Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho
  • 2nd Course: Roasted Stuffed Zucchini - Ancient grain and Grand Cru filling, roasted local summer vegetables, charred eggplant puree, Sauce Vierge
  • 3rd Course: Sweet Corn Galette
