For age groups 5-7 and 8-12

Keep your hands dirty with technology and try new things in Robotics, Coding with real programming, Virtual Reality, and Game Development. Our Tech Camp is specifically designed for young technology lovers to explore the world of coding, robotics, game development, and engineering in a stimulating and fun learning environment.

  • Our programs include instruction-based learning as well as team-based projects to challenge the kids social and creativity skills.

  • With a focus on a different topic every week, the kids will not only learn about technology but will also get the first-hand experience and enjoy the innovations in the field of STEM topics.

  • During the camp, we will be using platforms including EZ-Robot, Arduino, EV3 Mindstorms, KIBO, Minecraft with Java, and HTC VR to help students understand and learn the STEM concepts in a fun and engaging way.

  • We will have different activities each day, and as a bonus, a DIY project that kids can take home and share with parents, like an electric car, hovercraft, electric boats, paper circuits, traffic lights, and more.

  • There will be contests with small prizes and awards like Game-athon contest; Robot-Got-Talent; Robo Games Challenges

  • There will be outdoor STEM activities, like trebuchet launcher, cardboard castle battle, science and nature discovery, and much more...

Tech Camp Main Agenda

Week 1 (July 3rd-6th)

EZ-Robot Revolution (8-12 Y): We will start off our camp with the exciting EZ-Robot to familiarize our participants with the functionality of robots, the human-robot interface, as well as robot communication and programming for face and voice recognition. Participants will also get a basic understanding of robotics, microcontrollers, sensors, and electronics concepts.

Junior Adventure Robotics and Programming (5-7Y): This is an ideal program for the younger engineers to explore the basic concepts of robotics, programming, sensors, and electronics with different platforms like WeDo Lego Robotics, KIBO, Bee-Bots, ELENCO, EZ-Robots and more.

Week 2 (July 9th-13th)

Arduino Robotics (8-12Y): Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. In our classes, we will build different projects and objects, using a variety of platforms like Arduino starter kits, mBot Robotics, and Microduino to combine your electronics creations with Lego among others. Our projects will help students to understand electronics and microcontrollers, and programming and robotics concepts in a fun and easy way.

Junior Arduino(5-7): is an exciting project for the little ones to explore with easy to understand block based programs the magic of microcontrollers.

Week 3 (July 16th-20th)

Game Developer and Design (7- 15 Y): Kids will use their imagination to learn the basics of coding and programming through tools like Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft and Phyton(7-10 Y) or Game-Maker and Unity (11-15 Y). They will create simple designs, animations, and games using their creativity and imagination. Along the way, they will learn about logic, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Junior Adventure with Robotics (5-7Y): This is the program to explore and build amazing robots using Lego WeDo platform. Kids will never want to leave the classroom once they start.

Week 4 (July23rd-27th)

Coding with Real Programming (8-12 Y): Our participants will be learning the basics of essential programming languages, like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Using a step-by-step approach, students will build a functional website and will learn the fundamental principles of coding.

Junior Adventure with coding (5-7Y): This is the program to explore amazing software game-based like code monkeys and kodable, that teach the basic concepts and logic of programming.

Week 5 (July30th-Aug 3rd)

Robo Games with EV3 Mindstorms (8-12 Y: In this hands-on camp, kids will build and design programmable robots; produce simple commands and sequences to control and operate the robot; and gain hands-on experience of using the mathematical concepts like estimating distance, speed, and time. The high-quality gears, motors, sensors, wheels, and axles will give kids the taste of real-world application of technology.

Junior Adventure with Robotics (5-7Y): This is the program to explore amazing creations with Lego WeDo platform.

Week 6 (Aug 6th-10th)

3D Printing Robotics (8-12 Y): The 3D printing industry has been growing rapidly in recent years. Are you curious about why this technology is becoming so popular? In this course, we will teach you all the basics of 3D Printing and how to use it to build robots combined with electronics and sensors. This is the perfect course for learning how to prototype products. By the end of these lessons, you should have a solid understanding of where you can implement this technology. Throughout the course you will learn entry-level concepts behind 3D printing, 3D printing materials and when to use them, how to use 3D CAD software to design your 3D models, You will print your creations in our lab, and you will take home to show your parents and friends what you created. 3D Printer Adventure (5-7 Y): is the perfect program for the little ones to explore the 3D printing technology through different platforms that make their creations to come alive.

Week 7(Aug 13th-17th)

Engineering Adventures: (8-12 Y): In this camp, we will travel around the world (while sitting in the comfort of our classroom) facing engineering challenges. Using motors, wires, recycled materials, LED, batteries, wheels, gears and more, children will design a technological artifact or model that may have multiple functions or be part of a system; to provide solutions for the classes challenges; connected to the different branches of Engineering like Electrical Engineering; Aerospace Engineering; Acoustical Engineering; Environmental Engineering; Aeronautical Engineering; Green Engineering; and more.

Tinker Techies (5-7 Y): With DIY projects appropriated for their ages, our participants will explore the simple electronics, woodworking, 3D Printing and more to design their own project in this makerspace program. Puppets, paper circuits, and marble machines are just some of the projects to mention.

Week 8 (Aug 20th-24th)

Virtual Reality and Game Arcade (8-12 Y): Our camp will end with the most exciting thing on the block- Virtual Reality! Using our latest technology VR equipment, kids will get a basic understanding of the concepts of Virtual Reality and VR Gaming. Kids will enjoy the VR experience and immerse into the virtual world that almost feels like the real one.

Junior Adventure with Robotics (5-7Y): This is the program to explore and build amazing robots using Lego WeDo platform. Kids will never want to leave the classroom once they start.

Every Friday, parents are invited to our Open House and a closing ceremony! We open up our lab so students can show off the projects that they have been working on all week, like a functional website, a 3D robot design for rescue missions or another challenge, a video game, or a self -driving car. Meet your child’s instructor and explore more opportunities for them to continue learning and creating.
